Delete your SEEZR account

You can permanently delete your account from the app. The action cannot be undone and there is no recovery period.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Profile, then the menu and Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Read the warning and complete the hold-to-confirm action.

Deleting SEEZR does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription in your store account separately.

What is removed

The live service removes your profile, photos, places, swipes, matches, messages, device tokens, heart history and other account-linked application data. Your media is removed through the storage service before the account record is deleted.

Encrypted infrastructure backups may retain a protected copy for up to 30 days before automatic expiry. Backups are not available to users and cannot be used to restore a deleted account. Records that must be retained by law, or narrowly scoped safety records required to defend legal claims, may be retained only for the applicable period described in our Privacy Policy.

Cannot access the app?

Send a request from the email address registered to your account. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before processing it.

Smazání účtu v češtině

V aplikaci otevřete Profil → Nastavení → Smazat účet a potvrďte nevratné smazání podržením tlačítka. Aktivní data a soubory jsou odstraněny; chráněné zálohy mohou automaticky doběhnout nejvýše 30 dní a účet z nich nelze obnovit.

Pokud se nemůžete přihlásit, napište z e-mailu spojeného s účtem na support@seezr.app. Předplatné v App Storu nebo Google Play je nutné zrušit zvlášť.
